Typically costing £275 - £600, a ‘Road To Victory’ is a comprehensive, detailed road map and timeline that you can follow step-by-step to achieve a particular goal or resolve a particular issue.

Some examples of ‘Victory’ include:

• Increasing core funds by 150%

• Running a sold-out event with 100% attendee satisfaction

• Launching a new product or service and developing a pipeline of sales

• Engaging 50 politicians on a particular issue

In your RTV, we’ll outline each and every step that needs to be taken, the order to follow, and who is best placed to do each action.

Even where we think we are best placed to do some of the work, there is no requirement to work with us - the RTV is yours to follow and use as you see fit.
