Campaigns & Delivery

Project Management

We manage complex projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring clarity, momentum and results at every stage.

From national campaigns to multi-stakeholder programmes, we bring the structure, coordination and strategic oversight needed to turn ambitious ideas into impactful, scalable initiatives.

Case Study

  • We were brought in to manage and scale a national sustainable travel initiative, following its initial launch and early adoption phase.

Taking over delivery of the programme, we led a comprehensive review of its structure, positioning and growth strategy. We then implemented a full programme redesign, including a complete rebrand, new framing, and the introduction of a clearer and more compelling offer for employers.

Alongside this, we expanded the scope of the initiative by introducing new components, including a formal accreditation scheme and a business travel-focused model, enabling organisations to address both employee behaviour and corporate travel policies.

Our role extends beyond programme design into full delivery and coordination. We have developed and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders - including employers, trade unions, local authorities, MPs and policymakers - ensuring alignment, engagement and sustained momentum across the programme.

Through strong project management, strategic oversight and continuous iteration, we transformed the initiative from an early-stage concept into a growing national programme with increasing policy relevance.

In the next twelve months we expect to triple the impact of the project in terms of environmental impact and secure financial sustainability to ensure lasting impact.

    Outcomes

    • Increased employer adoption from 100 to over 200 organisations

    • Oversaw a full rebrand and programme redesign

    • Introduced a new accreditation model to strengthen credibility and uptake

    • Launched a business travel-focused version of the initiative

    • Built engagement with unions, councils, MPs and policymakers

    • Established a scalable delivery model to support continued growth

Events

Whether its a large-scale conference or a targeted stakeholder event, we can manage every stage from initial concept through to on-the-day delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for you and a high-quality experience for your delegates.

From strategic planning and stakeholder coordination to logistics and production, we create events that are impactful, engaging and professionally executed.

We guarantee stress-free, thoughtfully designed, highly organised events that can help organisations to generate income, engage specific audiences, and campaign effectively.

Case Study

  • We were responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a national flagship conference, bringing together senior stakeholders from across local government, policing, housing and the wider community safety sector.

Taking ownership of the event, we managed all aspects of delivery — from programme design and speaker coordination to sponsorship, logistics and on-the-day execution. Alongside this, we undertook a full review of the event’s structure and commercial model to improve both the delegate experience and financial performance.

The conference had previously operated as a loss-making event. After conducting delegate surveys, we redesigned the programme to better reflect the priorities of attendees, secured high-quality speakers and strengthened the overall value proposition for both delegates and sponsors.

We also introduced a more strategic approach to marketing and ticket sales, ensuring stronger engagement across the sector and significantly increasing demand for the event.

Through careful planning, stakeholder coordination and hands-on delivery, we ensured the event ran smoothly and delivered a high-quality experience for all attendees.

    Outcomes

    • Transformed the event from a loss-maker into a highly profitable event

    • 100% attendee satisfaction, with 96% of delegates would recommend the event, 92% said it was exceptional value for money

    • Strengthened relationships with sponsors and key sector stakeholders

    • Event is regarded as the sector’s flagship event

Testimonial

  • “I worked closely with Tom to organise our recent "Great British Aviation" event in parliament. He was the driving force behind it: coordinating internal meetings, project managing our activities, and engaging with NGOs, companies, and parliamentarians (notoriously tricky to pin down) to convene an excellent event with a diverse range of perspectives in the room. With so many moving parts, and so many things that could go wrong, these types of events can be overwhelming to organise - but Tom's calm, structured approach meant that both the run-up and the event itself went as smoothly as we could have dreamed. His enthusiasm for sustainability and friendly approach to team meetings helped motivate and click us into gear - I hope we work together on similar projects again, and can highly recommend him to others.”

“It was a great event - one of the most impressive gatherings of MPs and political folk I have seen in a Westminster event for a long time.” - Dr. Dhananjayan Sriskandarajah, CEO - New Economics Foundation

Campaigns

We deliver strategic campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and action.

Combining insight, creativity and execution, we work end-to-end to ensure campaigns are clear, compelling and impactful — whether targeting the public, stakeholders or policymakers.

Case Study

  • We supported a national campaign aimed at building political momentum for reform of the UK’s aviation taxation system, particularly the treatment of high-emission flights and private jets under Air Passenger Duty (APD).

Our approach combined policy engagement, public mobilisation and strategic communications to increase political pressure for reform. We worked with partners and sector experts to highlight the climate and fairness implications of the existing aviation tax system, helping to bring the issue into wider public and political debate.

Alongside this policy work, we mobilised supporters across the UK through targeted email campaigns and coordinated phone-banking, encouraging members of the public to contact decision-makers and demonstrate support for stronger action on aviation emissions.

To expand the reach of the campaign, we also worked with campaigners and digital creators to produce highly shareable online content explaining the issue and encouraging public engagement. A video produced as part of the campaign received millions of views online, significantly increasing public awareness of aviation taxation and climate fairness.

These efforts formed part of a wider push by civil society organisations advocating for reform of aviation taxation. During this period, the UK Government introduced an increase in Air Passenger Duty on private jets, a policy change that campaigners had long called for as part of a fairer approach to aviation emissions.

    Outcomes

    • Mobilised large numbers of supporters through email campaigns and phone-banking initiatives

    • Built partnerships with campaigners and digital creators to expand public reach

    • Promoted digital campaign content achieving millions of views online

    • Increased national awareness of aviation taxation and climate fairness

    • Contributed to wider civil society momentum preceding the UK Government’s increase in APD on private jets

  • We led the strategic delivery of a national public affairs and communications campaign designed to strengthen political attention on anti-social behaviour (ASB) and support policy reform.

The campaign centred around Anti-Social Behaviour Awareness Week, a nationwide initiative bringing together local authorities, housing providers, police forces and community organisations to highlight the scale and impact of ASB and the need for stronger responses from policymakers.

Our work involved coordinating a large coalition of stakeholders across the community safety sector, including hundreds of housing providers, local authorities and policing bodies. Through this coalition, we were able to align messaging across the sector and significantly amplify the campaign’s visibility and policy relevance.

Alongside this sector mobilisation, we delivered targeted political engagement designed to ensure the issue remained high on the parliamentary agenda. This included engagement with MPs and ministers, participation in parliamentary events linked to the campaign, and close collaboration with parliamentarians involved in the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Anti-Social Behaviour.

The campaign helped strengthen the evidence base and political momentum behind calls for improved support for victims of anti-social behaviour. This work formed part of wider parliamentary and policy discussions around community safety, including debates connected to legislation such as the Victims Bill and the Crime and Policing Bill, both of which addressed issues affecting victims and responses to anti-social behaviour.

A core part of the campaign’s success was its ability to combine political engagement with large-scale public awareness. Through coordinated communications and partnerships with national organisations, the campaign’s messaging reached more than 20 million people in one week, generating widespread public engagement and participation in local events across the UK.

By bringing together policymakers, practitioners and communities around a shared national campaign, we helped strengthen political focus on anti-social behaviour and ensure the experiences of victims remained visible in national policy discussions.

    Outcomes

    • Coordinated a nationwide coalition of community safety organisations, local authorities, housing providers and police forces

    • Delivered a national campaign reaching 20+ million people in one week

    • Supported engagement with MPs, ministers and parliamentarians through campaign-linked activity

    • Contributed to parliamentary discussions through engagement linked to the APPG on Anti-Social Behaviour

    • Helped maintain political momentum around anti-social behaviour during legislative debates including the Victims Bill and Crime and Policing Bill

  • We designed and delivered a national fundraising campaign to increase income and expand the supporter base for a leading homelessness charity.

Following a review of the organisation’s existing approach, we developed a new campaign strategy focused on stronger storytelling, clearer messaging and more targeted engagement with supporters. This included tailoring communications to different audience groups and improving how the charity engaged both existing and potential donors.

A central part of this work was the delivery of the organisation’s Christmas appeal, supported by a broader campaign framework designed to maximise reach and engagement. We worked closely with supporters to build relationships and create compelling reasons to give, including securing a matched funding commitment to incentivise donations and increase campaign impact.

Alongside this, we introduced new campaign initiatives aimed at attracting younger audiences and first-time donors, helping to address long-term risks within the organisation’s supporter base.

Through a combination of strategic planning, targeted communications and hands-on delivery, we transformed the organisation’s campaign performance and significantly increased its fundraising outcomes.

    Outcomes

    • Delivered the most successful fundraising campaign in the organisation’s 60-year history

    • Secured a substantial matched funding commitment to boost donations

    • Attracted over 1,000 first-time donors

    • Expanded engagement with new and younger audiences

    • Increased overall income and strengthened long-term sustainability
