I’ve spent the past ten years of my career working with charities and non-profits because I’ve seen how much difference the right support can make. Early on, I was struck by how many organisations with very strong missions and incredibly dedicated staff and volunteers were held back simply by a lack of funding or capacity, not ambition, ideas or commitment.

Since then, I’ve focused on using my skills and experience to turn good work into sustainable impact, so brilliant organisations can spend less time worrying about survival and more time delivering the change they exist for.
