I’ve spent the past ten years of my career supporting organisations who are working on important problems, where the right support can unlock significant impact. I was drawn to the energy, ambition and purpose of charities and non-profits trying to make a real difference - often against the odds - and I’ve seen how much difference the right support can make.

Early on, I was struck by how many organisations with very strong missions and incredibly dedicated staff and volunteers were held back simply by a lack of funding or capacity, not ambition or commitment.

Since then, I’ve focused on using my skills and experience to turn good work into sustainable impact, so that the people behind these organisations have the support and resources they need to drive meaningful change.
