I designed and delivered a suite of graphic assets to support a national awareness campaign, ensuring a consistent, high-quality visual identity across all channels.
Working closely with campaign stakeholders, I developed a clear and accessible visual approach that could be used by hundreds of partner organisations across the UK. This included creating a flexible set of branded assets that could be easily adapted for different contexts, while maintaining a strong and recognisable campaign identity.
My work covered a wide range of outputs, including a published report, social media graphics, digital toolkits, event materials and campaign branding, all designed to communicate key messages clearly and effectively to a broad audience.
A key focus was simplicity and usability. I ensured that assets were not only visually engaging, but also practical for partners to use—enabling organisations such as local authorities, housing providers and police forces to confidently deliver their own campaign activity while remaining aligned with the national campaign.
Through clear, consistent and accessible design, I helped create a unified campaign presence across multiple platforms and organisations.

I was brought in to support a FTSE 100 company’s newly launched e-commerce website, which was struggling to grow its online audience and generate sales in its target country.
Following a review of existing content, I identified that messaging lacked clarity, consistency and a strong call to action. I developed a new copywriting approach focused on clear, engaging and conversion-driven messaging tailored to the platform’s target audience.

I was brought in to review a national sports company’s social media channels—predominantly Instagram—and design and implement a plan to increase followers and improve engagement.
Through a detailed review of their content and follower engagement, I developed a completely new strategy and social media plan.
Over a four-week period, I implemented the plan, creating templates for future content delivery and launching a contest campaign to attract new followers.
By the end of this phase of work, I had grown their following from 6,000 to over 26,000. Within three months, this increased to over 120,000 followers, and it now stands at almost 160,000.
